It’s nice to meet you! I’m Meaghan, collector of names that start with M and lover of clear, beautiful language.

For the past several years, I’ve brandished my red pen at magazines, at traditional publishing houses, and in my home office. Now, I’m offering my proofreading, copy editing, and manuscript coaching services to you.

As a writer myself, I know how terrifying it can be to hand off your heart-and-soul project to an editor only to have it come back covered in red ink. My primary goal as an editor is to make clients feel heard, understood, and valued throughout the process of making their writing as good as it can be. I’m open to working with clients of any background and projects of any type; all are welcome here. I can’t promise that I’ll send your piece back free of red marks, but I can promise that I’ll deliver my corrections with compassion and a desire to help you grow as a writer.
